One Touch Appliance Repairs offers a simple and transparent service for a fixed call-out fee of $129 (incl. GST). Our experienced and registered technicians deliver reliable, high-quality service you can trust, arriving at your location to carry out a full diagnostic assessment of your appliance.
You’ll receive an upfront quote for any required repairs so there are no surprises, and if you choose not to proceed, you only pay the $129 service fee with no hidden costs or pressure.
If you decide to go ahead with the repair, the total labour cost (including the call-out fee) is capped at $229 (incl. GST), with any required parts quoted separately on the spot.
Additional appliances at the same location can be checked for $69 each (incl. GST).
Payment can be made on the day via credit card or EFTPOS, and any applicable parking fees may apply.
